I am disabled with 5 illnesses, and need help paying for one of my monthly doctor visit costs of $120 per month. I am on disability, and it is a hardship for me to pay it, but I need to see this doctor. I have breast cancer, degenerative disc disease, osteopenia, major depression, and peripheral neuropathy. I took a year of chemo, which has affected many organs, such as a weaker heart, and moderate loss of vision and hearing. I can send or fax any documentation that you would like to see, such as all of my diagnosis and my monthly doctor visit charge. Any help at all would be a blessing to me.
